SFSA is committed to delivering high-quality, long-term studios. In 2019, the Foundry was opened—a site acquired by SFSA to preserve workspace for artists and makers in London for the next six generations.

Spring 2024 marks five years since the opening of the largest bespoke studio project in zone two in over a decade. Both the Foundry and our smaller site, Foreshore, host vibrant communities of visual artists, craft and designer makers, and once a year, they invite the public, local community, friends, and family to explore the diverse range of practitioners (over 100 individuals).
