Collaboration

Delivering large scale studio projects takes extensive, long term collaboration between developers, funders and local councils. SFSA have an excellent track record of building trusting, good humoured relationships with partners.

Creative Estuary

We thank the team of the Creative Estuary for financially backing SFSA, High House Production Park and Thurrock Council to run a competitive EOI process which led to appoint the brilliant architects McMullen. Over three years we have all worked in collaboration to bring a fantastic building into design up to RIBA stage 2.
