19 affordable artists’ and makers studios in the heart of Sevenoaks High Street.

Situated in the heart of Sevenoaks town centre, SFSA opened 19 affordable artists’ studios in September 2018, after refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors of 96 High Street. The project is a joint venture with Sevenoaks District Council, with future ambition to deliver an increased scheme of permanent, secure, creative sector employment workspace for artists’ and makers. Part of the District Council’s local and wider masterplan for the High Street and around the town centre.
